Millet Potato Paratha

Millet (Bajra) provide heat to the body. Bajra Aloo Paratha is very delicious and healthy and is made using millet flour which is flavoured with potato and spices to enhance flavours. It is an easy-to-cook recipe. Bajra Aloo Paratha makes a perfect healthy breakfast for winters and an ideal meal to be carried in a lunch box.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Transfer millet Flour and wheat flour in a mixing bowl. Add chopped onion, grated boiled potato, chopped coriander leaves and green chilli. Mix salt, red chilli powder and black pepper powder. Mix all the ingredients with hands.
* Step 2
Now knead a soft dough by adding water slowly. Rest for 10 minutes. Then divide the dough in 4 equal parts and then make balls.
* Step 3
Dust the ball with wheat flour and roll it round with help of rolling pin. Apply cooking oil on it. Then fold it as shown in pic below. Apply oil again and fold it. It will become a triangle.
* Step 4
Roll it again as triangle.
* Step 5
Heat a griddle. Place the paratha and roast it on medium flame for 2 minutes. Flip the side and roast for 1 minute. Now apply cooking oil on it and flip the side. Apply oil on other side also and shallow fry till crispie golden.
* Step 6
Transfer it in a plate. Likewise make all the parathas.
* Step 7
Serve hot with butter and masala tea.
