#SD3 #week3 #Raita Aloo Raita or Potato Raita is a refreshing Indian raita made with fresh yogurt, boiled and cubed potatoes and a few mild spices. My granddaughter loves to enjoy this Raita. It is served as side dish with pulav or biryani.

Ingredient

1 tsp

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add curd, sugar and salt in a mixing bowl and whisk it thorougly.

Peel boiled potatoes and chop in small pieces.

Add red chilli powder, black pepper and roasted cumin seeds powder in curd and mix well.

Add chopped boiled potatoes and coriander leaves and mix.

Serve chilled garnished with red and black chilli powder with pulav or parantha..
