Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add all-purpose flour to a mixing bowl. Mix salt carrom seeds and cooking Oil for mo yan thoroughly with your hands.

* Step 2

Add water slowly and stir it to knead a semi-soft dough. Cover it with a muslin cloth for 30 minutes.

* Step 3

Heat oil in a wok.

* Step 4

Make 4 balls of dough. Roll it with the help of a rolling pin like a chapati. Take a cutter and cut small round papdis with the help of a cutter.

* Step 5

Now deep fry papad is till crispy golden brown color. Remove it on a plate.

* Step 6

Add curd, sugar, and salt to a mixing bowl and beat it thoroughly till smooth.

* Step 7

Arrange papad is in a plate. Add curd lavishly on it. Spread boondi over it. Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and red chili powder. Add sweet Tamarind Jaggery Saunth.

* Step 8

Serve immediately garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
