#Mustard seeds are good for bones as they are packed with a mineral called selenium, which makes bones stronger. They also help to strengthen nails, hair, and teeth. Mustard seeds contain antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that help in relieving pain in the gum, bones, and teeth.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash peel and chop all vegetables.
* Step 2
Boil tamarind Ball in water and keep aside. When cool mash it thorougly and make pulp.
* Step 3
Heat oil in a wok. Add mustard seeds and when mustard seeds splutter add chopped onion and saute for 1 minute.
* Step 4
Add curry leaves and all chopped vegetables and saute for 2-3 minutes. Add Salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder and mix. Add tamarind pulp and cover the lid and cook till vegetables are soft.
* Step 5
Add sambhar masala and mix.
* Step 6
Pressure cook dal with water salt and turmeric powder till 5 whistles. Let pressure releases automatically. Open the lid.
* Step 7
Transfer dal in vegetables wok and mix. Let a boil comes. Switch off the flame.
* Step 8
Serve hot with rice or idli.
