Minty Raw Mango Chutney

jaggery

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Clean and wash mint and coriander leaves in running water 2-3 times.

Wash, peel, and chop raw mango, ginger, chili, and garlic.

Transfer all in a mixer and add jaggery, salt, cashew nuts, and roasted cumin seeds powder and grind to a fine paste. Cashew nuts give a nutty taste and bind the chutney very well.

Serve with any meal or snacks. It can be stored for 15 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
