Peanut and Sago Rolls
#cookpad #cookpadindia Peanut and Sago Rolls are filling, nutritious and healthy snack during vrats. A full filling and rich food during fasts. I usually prepare in Navratri and Ekadshi vrats.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Dry roast peanuts. Remove its skin and coarsely grind it.
* Step 2
In a mixing bowl add potatoes, chopped coriander leaves, green chilli and grated ginger. Add coarsely grinded peanuts. Add salt, red chilli powder, sachet of Maggi masala e magic and lemon juice. Mix all the ingredients well.
* Step 3
Knead the mixture like a dough.
* Step 4
Now take a portion of dough and make a ball and roll it with the help of your palms and make rolls. Likewise make all the rolls.
* Step 5
Heat cooking oil in a wok. Add rolls and deep fry till golden brown colour.
* Step 6
Flip the side and fry from other side also. You can fry 3-4 rolls at a time.
* Step 7
Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
