Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash peel and chop onions. Grate tomatoes. Wash choliya and cut paneer in small pieces.
* Step 2
Heat cooking oil in a pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter add black pepper seeds, green cardamoms and cinnamon stick. Stir for 30 seconds. Add chopped onions and fry till pinkish brown.
* Step 3
Add grated tomato puree and cook till oil leaves the sides. Now add salt, red chilli powder and Maggi magic masala sachet and mix well.
* Step 4
Add choliya and paneer and saute for 1 minute. Add rice and stir and saute for 2 minutes while stirring.
* Step 5
Add water. Place the lid and cook till 2 whistles and switch off the flame and let pressure releases automatically.
* Step 7
Serve hot with salad and curd.
