Choliya Paneer Magic Masala-e-Curry

#MaggiMagicInMinutes #Collab Fresh green chuckpea can be used to make various recipes like cheela, sweets etc. Green chana is available in the market during the season of holi and my family loves it as it is tastier than normal quality of chana.

Ingredient

Paneer

4-6 pods

garlic

cooking oil

1/4 tsp

cumin seeds

to taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut paneer in small pieces. Clean and wash choliya.

* Step 2

Peel wash and Chop onion, ginger, garlic, green chilli and tomato and then grind it to a smooth paste in a mixer.

Heat cooking oil in a pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put grinded paste. Add salt, kasuri methi, red chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix.

Saute the masala till oil leaves the sides of pressure cooker.

Add choliya and saute for 3 minutes.

Add paneer pieces. Empty full packet of maggi masala-e-magic and mix.

* Step 7

Add water. Place the lid and cook till 5 minutes after first whistle. Switch off the flame and let pressure releases automatically. Open the lid and add chopped coriander leaves.

Serve hot with chapatti or rice garnished with chopped coriander leaves
