#Palak/spinach Kadhi is a comforting curry made with fresh spinach and cooked along with yogurt curry. It is a favourite North Indian everyday dish that is perfect for summers as well as winters.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash peel and chop onion, tomato, ginger, garlic and grind in the mixer to a smooth paste.
* Step 2
Heat cooking oil in a karahi. Add fenugreek seeds, coriander and cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put grinded paste in it and saute till oil leaves the sides of karahi. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder. Mix well.
* Step 3
Mix all the ingredients for making batter except water and beat thoroughly. Now add water and mix.
* Step 4
Now add this water in saute masala and mix well. Add washed and chopped spinach leaves and let it simmer on low flame for 30-40 minutes.
* Step 5
Keep stirring in between to avoid sticking of gram flour in the bottom. Add spinach pakoras in it and let it cook on low flame for 2 minutes. Switch off the flame. Sprinkle garam masala.
