#Potato Tikki Cheese Burger is a popular snack recipe among kids and is extremely easy to prepare at home. This snack recipe is not only a treat to the taste buds but is appealing to the eyes as well. In this burger recipe, I used grated cheese with potato Tikki.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mash boiled potatoes in a mixing bowl. Add salt and bread crumbs and knead like a dough. Assemble other materials.
* Step 2
Take a portion of dough and make a ball and flatten it on your palm and make a tikki. Like wise make all tikkis.
* Step 3
Heat a non-stick griddle. Add cooking oil and shallow fry tikkis till crispie golden brown.
* Step 4
Make a cut in burger from centre horizontally. Apply imli sounth and green coriander Cilantro sauce over it. Grate half cheese cube on it. Place the tikki and onion slice over it. Chutney link given.
* Step 5
Then grate other half cheese cube on the tikki. Apply chutneys on other side of burger and then place it over tikki. Press it with your palm. Now shallow fry on griddle from both sides. When cheese melts remove it in a plate.
* Step 6
Serve hot with Tomato ketchup.
