#Jowar Methi Paratha is delicious, flavourful and nutritious. Indian flat bread made with Sorghum flour and fresh fenugreek leaves is a perfect breakfast option in winters.
Ingredient

2 (4 paratha)

15 minutes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix all the ingredients for making dough. Add chopped methi, mashed boiled potatoes, green chilli, ginger and chopped onions.
* Step 2
Knead a soft dough by adding water slowly. Rest for 10 minutes.
* Step 3
Knead dough again for 1 minute. Take a small portion of dough and make a ball. Roll it with the help of rolling pin like a chapati.
* Step 4
Heat a griddle and place the rolled paratha over it and roast on medium flame for 1 minute. Flip the side and roast from other side also. Now apply cooking oil on both sides and shallow fry till crispie golden brown colour.
* Step 5
Serve hot with butter and ginger tea.
