Easy Cauliflower Cutlets
#Cauliflower Cutlets are very crispie and rich in vitamin C. A very nutritious and healthy snack for evening tea.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Separate the florets of cauliflower and wash in running water. Heat 1 tb spoon cooking oil in a wok add florets and mix salt and red chilli powder and cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes or till florets become soft(half cooked).
* Step 2
In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients for making batter. Add water slowly and make a thick batter.
* Step 3
Heat oil in a wok. Dip half cooked florets in batter. Coat batter lavishly on florets and leave it in wok and deep fry till golden. Likewise fry all florets. Remove it in a plate.
* Step 4
Press these florets flat with the back of a katori.
* Step 5
Fry them again till crispie golden from both sides.
* Step 6
Serve hot with sauce or chutney. I have served it with guava Chutney.
