Delhi is famous for its different 3 And this Bhalla is a popular dish from Chandani Chowk. I have prepared it with a twist by mixing half moong and half urad dal.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and Soak both Dals and fenugreek seeds in water for 4 hours.
* Step 2
After 4 hours strain. Water and Grind dal in a mixer to a smooth paste.
* Step 3
Mix salt in it and whisk for 5 minutes till mixture becomes fluffy. Rest for 10 minutes.
* Step 4
Now heat cooking oil in a wok and add 1 - 1 tb sp mixture in hot oil and deep fry bhallas till golden. Flip the Flip the side and fry from other side also. Likewise make all the Bhalla.
* Step 5
Soak bhallas in hot water for 15 minutes. Then squeeze water carefully by pressing them between your palms. Whisk curd and add sugar in it.
* Step 6
Assembling: Add curd in a serving bowl. Put squeezed bhallas in it. Add 2-3 tb sp Tamarind chutney over it. Sprinkle roasted cumin seeds powder, black pepper powder and a little salt over it. Add salt carefully as it is also present in Both chutneys.
* Step 7
Then add green chutney as per taste and serve.
