Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and peel cucumber, radish, beetroot tomato and onions. Chop onion in round.
* Step 2
Chop pieces of all vegetables.
* Step 3
Arrange cucumber and radish on a serving plate in a decorated way.
* Step 4
Arrange tomato and beetroot on it giving a colour contrast. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and then serve.
