Methi puri is a crispy deep fried Indian bread or poori, which is prepared from plain flours and chopped kasuri methi (fenugreek) . There are two types of methi pooris one can prepare. 1) for immediate use as Indian bread in main course, and 2) as a crispy snack similar to Mathri which can be stored.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix all the ingredients for making dough in a mixing bowl. First mix all the ingredients well crumbling the all flour. With the help of water knead a slightly tight dough. Keep it covered with a cloth and rest for 10 minutes.
* Step 2
Keep oil for heating in a wok. Take a lemon size portion of dough and make a ball. Like wise make all the balls. Roll a ball with rolling pin in a poorie.
* Step 3
Drop it in hot oil and deep fry till golden brown colour. Flip the side and fry from other side also.
* Step 4
Likewise make all the poories.
* Step 5
Serve hot this crispie Methi poorie with mango pickle.
