Bonda is a typical South Indian snack that has various sweet and spicy versions in different regions. Most common of which is "Aloo Bonda", which is famous in North India is made with different spices. Here I have made it in my way.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add all 3 flours in a mixing bowl. Add all the ingredients for making batter and oats. Mix well and make a batter by adding water. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
* Step 2
Grate boiled potatoes in a mixing bowl. Add all dry masale for bonda stuffing. Add chopped onion, green chilli, grated ginger and coriander leaves. Mix well and make lemon size ball of stuffing.
* Step 3
Heat oil in a wok. Coat these balls in Gram flour batter and deep fry till golden brown colour. Flip the side and fry from other side also.
* Step 4
Remove it in a plate. Press it with the help of katori and flatten it.
* Step 5
Fry it again from both sides and remove it in a plate.
* Step 6
Serve hot with Tomato ketchup.
