Enjoy the breakfast with high protein and high fiber – Chickpea Oat Snacks. This is a favorite in my kitchen and my family. My mother used to cook with chickpea flour. But I have started cooking it by adding vegetables and oats making it more nutritious.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add Gram flour in a mixing bowl and make a batter of pouring consistency by adding water slowly and stirring simultaneously. Add all the dry masale and mix. Add finely chopped onion, capsicum and kasuri methi and mix.
* Step 2
Add oats in the batter and mix. Mix kasuri methi and mix well.
* Step 3
Cut bread slices in small triangular shape.
* Step 4
Heat oil in a wok. Dip bread triangle in oats mixture and cover it from all sides and deep fry till golden brown colour. Flip the side and fry from other side also.
* Step 5
Like wise make all the snacks.
