Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel, Wash and chop onion, carrot, green chilli, paneer, coriander leaves.
* Step 2
Add wheat flour in a mixing bowl. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, garam masala. Mix well. Add water slowly and whisk. Adjust the consistency by adding water.
* Step 3
Now mix all chopped vegetables and mix well.
* Step 4
Heat non stick griddle and brush with a little cooking Oil and put one ladle full of mixture and spread on griddle with the help of spetula in round shape. Cook for 3 minutes. Flip the side and apply oil and cook this side for 2 minutes. Flip again and roast.
* Step 5
Serve hot with sauce or ketchup.
