Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash, peel and chop vegetables.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a karahi and put cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put grated tomato and ginger. Saute for 2 minutes or till oil leaves the karahi. Add chopped beans and potatoes. Mix well.
* Step 3
Add 2 tb spoon water and cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
