Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and soak urad daal for 4 hours. Drain water and Grind Daal in a mixer to a smooth paste. Mix salt and beat the mixture thoroughly till it becomes fluffy.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a karahi and put one tbsp mixture like a vada, 4-6 vada can be fried at a time.
* Step 3
Put these vadas in a bowl of water for 15 minutes. Now gently squeeze vadas between your palms and remove water from the vada. Likewise, do it for all the vadas.
* Step 4
Add curd in a mixing bowl. Mix 1 tbsp sugar and salt to taste and beat it thoroughly with a whisker.
* Step 5
Put vadas in a serving bowl. Add beaten curd. Add green chutney.
* Step 6
Sprinkle salt, black pepper, red chilli powder, roasted cumin seeds powder 1 tbsp tamarind chutney. Garnish with coriander leaves and boondi.
