Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and soak moong Daal overnight.
* Step 2
Grind it to a smooth paste and transfer it to a mixing bowl.
* Step 3
Add all the dry ingredients except water and cooking Oil.
* Step 4
Mix it very well and beat till mixture gets fluffy.
* Step 5
Heat oil in a karahi. Add mixture in the form of pakodi with the help of a spoon in oil and deep fry.
* Step 6
Flip the side and fry from other side also.
* Step 7
Like wise make all the pakodi.
