Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take whole wheat flour in a mixing bowl and with the help of water make a dough. Keep aside for half an hour.
* Step 2
Mix paneer, chopped onion, coriander leaves and green chilli and mash evenly. Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, carom seeds and mix again.
* Step 3
Now make balls of dough and Flatten it with the help of rolling pin. Place paneer mixture over it.
* Step 4
Flap it with the help of your palms. Flatten again with the help of rolling pin.
* Step 5
Roast on a ladle from both sides.
* Step 6
Serve hot with curd and butter.
