Gluten-free Corn 🌽 tortillas

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl combine all the dry ingredients with the Oil and, using your fingertips, the oil into the flour and maizemeal.

* Step 2

Add hot water and combine until soft dough forms, don't over knead

* Step 3

Cover dough with a moist kitchen towel and rest for 20 minutes.

* Step 4

Divide into 8 to 10 equal parts and roll out thin between wax paper into disks. Keep rest of the dough moist.

* Step 5

Cook tortilla in nonstick pan for half a minute per side.

* Step 6

Keep the cooked tortillas covered to trap the steam and keep the tortillas soft and pliable.
