Plaice is in season. It a wonderful, delicate fish that is underrated. Very easy dish, great for a starter. Mop up the sauce with crusty bread #plaice #seasonalcooking #seasonalingredient

* Step 1

Wash and dry fillets. Place equally in 4 separate ramekins. Mix sauce ingredients together. Add equally on top of the fish. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs if you want
