Platessa alla Mugnaia - pan fried plaice fillet
A simple yet tasty piece of fish. It's an underrated fish I think so it deserves a bit of recognition! I served it with a simple potato salad #Italian #fish #dinner #mainmeal
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and dry fish. Soak in milk for a few minutes then coat in flour. Shake of excess and set a side
* Step 2
Melt butter in a large pan on medium heat. Fry fish skin side down until crispy
* Step 3
Flip over and brown other side for 1 min. Don't over cook it. Serve with lemon and side dish of your choice 😊
