I have a thing for smoked salmon! These were seriously yum! I had some left over filo pastry and thought I'd try these #onerecipeonetree #starter #salmon #filopastry
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put mash, salmon, garlic, chilli and onion in a food processor and whizz up until smooth
* Step 2
Lay out 3 squared pastry sheets one on top of the other and grease very slightly each layer. Add some filling on top
* Step 3
Roll up tucking in the edges like a spring roll. Heat some oil in a pan and shallow fry until golden brown. Serve with sauce of your choice 😀
