Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Fry pepper and onions in a little oil for 2-3 mins
* Step 2
Add chicken and cook for another 3-4 mins
* Step 3
Add spices and passata. Stir and cook on medium for 4-5 mins
* Step 4
Add rice and cup of water, stir
* Step 5
Add sweetcorn and continue cooking for 2-3 mins
* Step 6
Healthy one pan weeknight meal in a jiffy :)
