Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook pasta al dente in salted water according to instructions. Fry garlic gently in oil for 2-3 mins. Add passata sauce, fresh torn basil and cook for 4-5 mins. Remove the garlic
* Step 2
Drain pasta, add to sauce, mix well. Transfer to an oven dish
* Step 3
Chop the mozzarella, add it on top. Add some grated Parmesan too
* Step 4
Put under a hot grill for about 5 mins until all yummy :)
