Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and slice the aubergine quite thinly. Dry well on kitchen paper
* Step 2
Beat eggs and get flour and breadcrumbs ready. Coat aubergine in flour, dip in egg, coat in breadcrumbs
* Step 3
Continue until you've finished. Shallow fry in oil
* Step 4
Turn frequently until golden brown
* Step 5
Add a sprinkle of salt at this point. Mouthwatering! :)
