Potato bread
This Irish recipe is my Gran's. The whole family love it! Great for breakfast :) they can be made any size or shape you want. Eat warm, as they are, with a bit of butter or as part of an Irish breakfast #bread #potatoes #vegetarian #workingfromhome #stayingathome
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel, boil and mash potatoes with butter, salt to taste, leave to cool
* Step 2
On a floured surface, knead in as much flour as the potatoes will take. The amount of flour depends on the type of potatoes you use. Knead until you have a dough
* Step 3
Roll out with a rolling pin, cut into whatever shape you like. Then dry fry in flour until golden brown on each side :)
