Cheese and nut cake

I love cheese. This recipe is just delicious. Serve sliced with meat. Cut into cubes, slice and add soft cheese filling and serve as a starter. So yummy and versatile. #vegetarian #italian #cake

Ingredient

flour

100 g

Parmesan

100 ml

milk

to taste

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Whisk eggs and oil. Add flour and yeast. Whisk well

* Step 2

Add Parmesan and saffron. Add rosemary, chopped Gorgonzola and salt, whisk well. Leave to rest for 30 mins.

* Step 3

Add to roasting tin. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and bake at 180 for 40 mins :)
