Stuffed Green Chillies Curry:

These stuffed  green chillies make the perfect chilli curry for a lunch or dinner.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

🌻To Make the Stuffing: Take a medium bowl and mix all stuffing ingredients add lemon juice and make a coarse paste and set aside.

🌻Stuff the Chillies: Wash and dry the green chillies & red chillies. Using a sharp knife, make a 2 inches slit in each chilli only in the middle part do not cut all through. If the green chilly has a lot of seeds, carefully deseed the chilli. Carefully stuff each green & red chilli then Set aside.

🌻Fry Chillies: Heat a nonstick pan or a tawa till it is just hot. Spread 1-2 tbsp of oil. Place the chillies on the pan. Fry only 1-2 minutes and roll over the chillies to cook the other side. Repeat till the skin of the chilli looks wrinkled and cooked take them out from pan / tawa and keep in a plate and set aside.

Add chopped tomato and fry well till all oil comes up to the surface then arrange all fry chillies over the masala add lemon juice cover pan with lid then cook low heat till all chillies soft but not too mushy. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Served with rice, roti or naan.
