Edible bowl snack (katori Chaat):
Everyone's favorite snack / chaat is moulded into an artistic starter, edible bowl ( Katori chaat) where a lip-smackingly delicious sweet and savoury filling is nestled inside a flaky Katori edible bowl (katori) This crispy edible bowl snack recipe is an excellent make-ahead appetiser.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly, prepare dough.
Mix all dough ingredients and make a little hard dough cover and set a side for 30 minutes.
now pinch a ball sized dough, and flatten it.
dust flour as required and roll slightly thick.
prick the flattened dough with fork.
* Step 2
Place a small tart mould / katori and wrap the dough.
deep fry in hot oil or bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
* Step 3
Splash oil till the tart mould / katori separates from the dough take it out mould from the oil with help of any kitchen tongs and set aside.
now fry the katori, till it turns golden and crisp.
drain off over kitchen paper and keep aside.
* Step 5
Prepare chaat by assembling bowl /katori in a plate.
* Step 6
Add in 1 tsp boiled chickpea, 1 tsp boiled and cubed potato, 2 tbsp ½ tsp green chutney, 1 tsp tamarind chutney and 1 tbsp curd.
also sprinkle chilli powder, cumin powder and salt.
add in a tbsp of onion,tomato and cucumber.
garish with 2 tbsp sev and few coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds.
finally, serve edible bowl / katori chaat immediately, sprinkling chaat masala over it.
