Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In water boil tomatoes a bit and peel off their skin. Now cut them into four pieces

* Step 2

In a pan heat oil then add mutton / lamb / chopped ginger garlic and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

* Step 3

Add tomatoes in it and let it cook on low flame for 25 to 35 minutes. Keep checking the meat and when required add hot water in it.

* Step 4

When meat gets tender add salt, crushed black pepper, crushed cumin & coriander seeds, cinnamon powder and cook it well. Add green chilies and you dish is ready to serve.
