White rice and vegetable sauce
Not all the time the usual white rice and stew. Sometimes we gotta try something else.
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
In a pot, add oil then add in your grated pepper mix. Stir for 3 mins. Then add in small water and add in your cooked shredded chicken and fish. Add in your seasonings, salt and curry. Cover and allow to cook for 5 mins.
* Step 3
Then wash your ugu leaves and cut them. Add them to the sauce and allow to cook for 5mins. Then turn off heat. Enjoy😋
