Round doughnuts (Bombolonis)
This doughnut recipe is soft, fluffy airy and perfect to be filled.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl, add all ingredients with half of the butter and mix. Then place onto a clean surface and add the remaining butter and mix. Then knead for 25 mins.
* Step 2
After kneading, cut the dough into sizes and weigh each dough to 70g on a scale. Then mould it into ball shape. Make sure that you mould it well.
* Step 3
Then allow to rise for 45 mins.
* Step 4
Then fry in a wide fry pan until golden brown
* Step 5
Drain completely on a paper towel. Then you can fill when completely cool. Watch out my next post for the filling recipe.
