Fondant icing

Ingredient

2 tablespoon

glucose syprup

1 tablespoon

gelatine

1 teaspoon

CMC

10 tablespoon

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put 10 tablespoon of water in a small saucepan pan. Turn on low heat, add ur glucose syrup and allow to dissolve. Then add ur gelatine and also allow to dissolve. When it has turned into a clear liquid, turn off heat.

* Step 2

Sift ur icing sugar and make a well in it. Put d liquid little by little and knead. Put ur CMC and keep kneading until it is elastic. Then roll ur fondant using a rolling pin and then cover ur cake with fondant. Decorate ur cake.
