White yam and peppersoup
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook ur yam until soft and keep aside.
* Step 2
Wash ur meat very well. It can be any type of meat. Then get ur pressure cooker. Put the meat and allow to steam. Pound ur pepper, tomato, garlic and onions. Put it in d peppersoup, add ur seasonings, Maggi, salt, curry, thyme and turn. Add one serving spoon of oil.
* Step 3
Allow to steam using ur pressure pot for 20-30 minutes. It depends on the type of meat u are using. When u are done. Turn off heat and remove all d steam from the pressure cooker and open. Cut ur yam and eat with ur peppersoup.
