Black Chana Chaat

#mm Black Chana Chaat is a very popular Monsoon time snack

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil Chana and set aside, boil potatoes, peel and cube and set aside

* Step 2

Chop onions, tomatoes, green chillies, ginger and set aside

* Step 3

In a pan heat oil, add turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chilli powder, stir, add boiled Chana and stir, add kasoori methi and salt and mix well.

* Step 4

Add water to Chana and mix well. Set aside

In a bowl add cooked Chana, add chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, cubed potatoes, chaat masala, chopped coriander leaves, lime juice and roasted cumin powder, mix well, set aside
