A classic cuisine from Greece with Greek yoghurt but I used hung curd

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl add grated cucumber and keep it overnight to drain the water, discard the water
* Step 2
In a bowl of hung curd add grated cucumber, lemon juice, salt and 1 Tbsp olive oil, whisk
* Step 3
Whisk well and add chopped oregano leaves
* Step 4
Plate with more olive oil and smear on a bread slice, enjoy
