A party time snack and a great hit with families and friends, I love having Egg Balls. Easy and good use of cornflour
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil the eggs and potato, chop onions and chop green chilies.
* Step 2
In a bowl grate eggs, grate boiled potatoes, add chopped onion, chopped green chillies, garlic powder, black pepper powder, Chaat Masala, Maida and salt
* Step 3
Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Make balls
* Step 4
For batter - in a bowl add corn flour, Maida, salt and black pepper powder and add 1/4 cup water and batter is ready. Have breadcrumbs ready for coating
* Step 5
Dip the balls in cornflour batter and coat in breadcrumbs
* Step 6
In a wok heat oil and add the balls, on medium flame fry golden and set aside
