Kiwi Smoothie

#WF #Win #Week10 Kiwi is one of my favourite winter fruits that I love enjoying during this time. There are so many varied ways to cook, smoothie being one of them

Ingredient

Food ration :

1 serving

Cooking time :

Preparation time-5 mins, Blending time-3 mins
1/2 cup

yogurt

1/2 cup

milk

1 Tbsp

honey

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash, peel and add cut the kiwis. Add to the blender

* Step 2

Add Milk, Yogurt and honey. Blend smooth

Pour onto a serving glass and garnish with mint leaves

Serve chilled and enjoy a wintry fruit
