Raggi & Strawberry Crepe

Strawberry is in season and Raggi is the right way to start the year in the form of a crepe which is my favourite.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
For Crepe - in a bowl add All purpose flour, Raggi flour, corn flour, powdered sugar, butter, vanilla essence, baking powder and mix well.
* Step 2
Add 1 cup plus 1/3 cup water to make the batter
* Step 3
In a pan add a ladle of the batter and spread evenly. Cover to see bubbles, flip sides and set aside.
* Step 5
For Strawberry compote - in a pan add cubed strawberries, sugar and lime juice and on low heat cook to form the compote, set aside
* Step 6
The strawberries will soften
* Step 7
On a plate add the crepe, drizzle with strawberry compote and garnish with fresh strawberries and mint leaves. Enjoy 😊
