Beetroot Cupcake

#Dec #W4 Cupcakes are so good a treat for this festivity. I made with Beetroot flour

Ingredient

Cooking time :

Preparation time-10 mins, Baking time-25 mins
1/4 tsp

baking soda

1 cup

warm milk

1 cup

oil

1 tsp

vinegar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl sieve and add Beetroot flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and mix.

In another bowl add warm milk, powdered sugar and oil, mix well to dissolve sugar. Add vinegar and mix well, set aside 10 mins

Now pour the dry mix slowly to the milk mix and whisk well.

* Step 4

Grease the cupcake liners and pour 3/4th level, tap to escape the air bubbles

* Step 5

Bake Pre heat 180 deg C for 25 mins and check doneness with a toothpick, set aside to cool completely

* Step 6

Decor with frost and serve 😊
