Kakoda Bhaji is a very common food in Bihari households and enjoyed by many. The fry goes best with Rice.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the Kaloda well, discard the stem and cut into circles of 2cm thickness. Slit the green chilies, and chop the onions.
* Step 2
In a wok heat oil and add whole red chili, Panch phoron and add the Kakrols and chopped onions, stir and cover to cook for 5-7 mins. Keep stirring in between.
* Step 3
Add turmeric powder, and red chilli powder and stir.
* Step 4
Add salt and mix well, cover to cook for 10-12 mins. Set aside
