Laddoo is a hit with most in India as far as deserts are concerned and when made with Mawa, it’s all the more special. With festivities all days from now on until Bhai Duj, let’s enjoy this Laddoo
Ingredient

Preparation Time-10 mins, Cooking time-45 mins
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a wok heat 1/3 cup of melted butter and add Besan or Gram flour, on the low flame cook to golden colour (3-4 mins)
* Step 2
Continue stirring while adding 1/3 cup melted butter and add Mawa, continue stirring until Besan turns golden in colour and an aroma is there (2-3 mins), set aside to cool but not turn cold
* Step 3
Once cooled add powdered sugar, cardamom powder, chopped dry fruits, and the remaining ghee, and mix well.
* Step 4
Make Laddoo and set it aside.
* Step 5
Plate by adding silver warq and edible rose petals, enjoy 😊
