Crostini is the most delicious Italian way to enjoy breakfast or brunch. I had it for Breakfast today

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut 3 slices from the French Baguette. Smear Garlic butter on it, set aside
* Step 2
Chop tomatoes, onions, and parsley. Add to a bowl add salt and pepper, little olive oil, some herbs.
* Step 3
Add the tomato mix onto the baguettes. Sprinkle some mozzarella, add some cherry tomatoes and parsley
