Avocado Cream Cheese Tomato Toastie

This was my lunch and loved it to the core. Took sourdough bread slices, smeared avocado and added cherry tomatoes, my healthy lunch was made

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the avocado, extract the pulp, add to a blender, add cream cheese, lime juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper and blend smooth. Set aside
* Step 2
In a pan heat olive oil, add cherry tomatoes, add chili flakes, oregano, and salt, and cook for 5 mins to blanch on low flame, add 1/2 cup water, cover to cook for 2 mins, set aside
* Step 3
In a pan add sourdough bread slices, drizzle olive oil, and toast so that it’s crisp, set aside
* Step 4
On the toast smear the avocado cream cheese mix, add cherry tomatoes, drizzle the chili flakes and oregano and little cooked olive oil, and add basil as garnish
