Aam Murgi Paturi

#WIS Paturi is a classic recipe from Bengal made you fish in banana leaf but vegetarian ones can be made too. I made a twist and made with Mango and Boneless chicken

Ingredient

Banana Leaf

1/4 cup

coconut milk

1/4 cup

yogurt

As Required

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Coarsely chop boneless chicken. Add to a bowl, add yogurt, coconut milk, Alphonse mango purée, minced garlic, chopped green chilies, and yellow mustard paste. Mix well and set aside for 30 mins

* Step 2

Take banana leaves and cut the stems, place them on a tawa to sear them.

* Step 3

Cut the banana leaf into squares, smear with butter and place 1 Tbsp filling, place 1 green chili and fold like an envelope.

* Step 4

Tie with string firmly. Finish the batches.

* Step 5

In a tawa place the Paturi and grill for 10-12 mins, set aside.

* Step 6

Serve hot on rice and enjoy 😊
