#WMD Sattu is so good for health and when combined with buttermilk, then it’s the most healthiest drink to beat the Summers. I started my day today with Sattu Buttermilk

Ingredient

Preparation time-5 mins, Cooking time-10 mins

Sattu

2 Tbsp

curd

as per taste

Black salt

1 sprig

mint leaves

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl add Sattu, Yoghurt, black salt, roasted cumin powder, fresh mint leaves.

* Step 2

Add 1 cup water and run the hand blender and blend smooth

* Step 3

To a serving glass add ice cubes aplenty, pour the Buttermilk

* Step 4

Garnish with mint leaves and enjoy
